Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vivfays.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

To ensure the highest quality and performance of our beauty devices, we have a unified handling period for all orders:

  • Processing Time: within 24 hours (workdays).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the following business day.

Please note: Processing time is the duration from when an order is placed until it is handed over to our shipping carrier.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We ship worldwide from our strategic fulfillment centers in Suzhou, China. Once your order has been processed, the following transit times apply:

  • Standard Shipping: 6 - 10 Business Days. We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all international orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: 3 - 8 Business Days. For faster delivery, we offer an expedited service for a flat fee of $7.00 USD.

3. TOTAL DELIVERY TIME

The total time from when you place your order until it arrives at your destination is calculated as follows:

  • Total Delivery Time: 4 - 11 Days (including weekends).

  • Calculation: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package through our "Track Order" page or the carrier's official website.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Vivfays is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for detailed information.

6. DAMAGES

Vivfays is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, as our beauty devices are high-value electronics, if you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team at service@vivfays.com immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
